Our Story
A tapestry of traditions, flavors, and memories woven together over decades.
The Crossroads of Flavor
EurAsia was born from a simple yet profound realization: the Silk Road was not just a trade route, but a massive exchange of culture, spices, and cooking techniques that shaped the modern world.
Founded in 2012 by two families—one from Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and the other from Crete, Greece—our restaurant celebrates the historical overlap of these seemingly distinct culinary worlds. We bring together the robust, fire-cooked meats of Central Asia with the bright, olive-oil drenched freshness of the Mediterranean.
Our Philosophy
"We don't do fusion. We do history."
Every dish on our menu is an authentic representation of its origin. We source our spices directly from the bazaars of Tashkent and our olive oil from independent farms in the Peloponnese. Our chefs use traditional techniques—from the clay tandoor oven to the open charcoal grill—ensuring that the soul of the food remains intact.
